These Payment Terms apply to purchases made through KUXKN, an independent online retailer.

Currency

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise. Please review the currency and final total at checkout before submitting your payment.

If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or additional fees. These charges are determined by your provider.

Prices, Shipping, and Taxes

We offer free standard shipping to supported addresses within the United States, with no minimum purchase.

Applicable taxes, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment. Your order total includes the selected products, applicable discounts, and any applicable taxes.

Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information you provide is accurate.

Your payment provider may require additional verification before approving a transaction. Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and verification.

An automated order receipt acknowledges your submission and does not guarantee fulfillment.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. Please enter payment details only through the secure checkout process.

Do not send payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords, or verification codes to our customer-service email.

Declined or Unsuccessful Payments

If your payment is declined, check your billing details and contact your bank or payment provider for assistance.

An unsuccessful payment attempt may result in a temporary authorization hold. The timing of its release is determined by your bank or payment provider.

Discounts and Promotional Offers

Discounts apply according to the conditions displayed with each promotion.

Where a discount code is required, enter it before submitting your order. Please confirm that any eligible discount appears in your final checkout total before completing payment.

Pricing Errors and Order Cancellations

If we identify a material pricing error or cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

If we cancel a paid order, the amount collected will be refunded to the original payment method.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact support@kuxkn.com as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.

Refunds

Refund eligibility, return conditions, and procedures are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

For eligible returns, you will receive your refund through your original payment method within a maximum of 15 business days from the date we receive your returned item.

This total timeframe includes inspection, approval, issuing the refund, and processing by your bank or payment provider until the funds are credited to your account.

The 15-business-day period starts when we receive your return, not when we approve your refund. Bank or payment-provider processing is included in this period.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

If you have not received your refund within this period, please contact support@kuxkn.com with your order number and return tracking information.

Payment Questions

If you notice an unexpected charge, believe you have been charged more than once, or need assistance with a payment, contact support@kuxkn.com.

Please include your order number, the transaction date, and a brief description of the issue. Do not include full payment-card details or sensitive account credentials.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable law or your payment provider’s dispute procedures.
