1. About KUXKN

Welcome to KUXKN. We operate an independent online retail store offering clothing, phone accessories, gifts, and other products displayed on our website.

Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating under the store name KUXKN. “You” refers to a person accessing our website or purchasing from our store.

These Terms describe the conditions applicable to your use of our website and purchases from us. Please read them before placing an order.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to offer products and process orders.

2. Using Our Store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when placing an order, including your contact details, delivery address, and payment information. You must be authorized to use the payment method provided.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, options, and availability information.

Colors may appear differently depending on your screen and display settings. Please review the product description and select the correct size, color, device model, or other option before purchasing. Contact us if you need clarification.

Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund for any unavailable item that has been paid for.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

4. Prices, Currency, and Payment

Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price presented at checkout when you submit your order. Any applicable taxes and charges will be displayed before you complete payment.

We offer free standard shipping to supported addresses within the United States, with no minimum order value.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through the payment providers available in our store.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. We will not increase the price of a confirmed order without your agreement.

5. Orders and Confirmation

After placing an order, you should receive an order-confirmation email. This acknowledges receipt of your order.

Orders remain subject to payment authorization, product availability, and reasonable checks for errors or suspected fraud.

If we cannot fulfill your order, or if a material pricing or product error affects it, we will notify you promptly. We will explain the available options and refund any payment collected for a canceled order or item.

If a correction requires a higher price or a materially different product, we will obtain your agreement before proceeding.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact support@kuxkn.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

We will try to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once processing or dispatch has begun.

If an order has already shipped, you may request a return according to our Return and Refund Policy.

If we confirm cancellation of a paid order before fulfillment, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard transit time is normally 3–7 business days after dispatch, giving an estimated total delivery time of 4–10 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Our daily order cutoff is 6:00 PM Pacific Time.

Delivery times are estimates. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will communicate with you about the status and available options.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly regarding address errors, missing shipments, or delivery problems.

8. Returns and Refunds

We accept eligible return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

Please contact us before mailing a return so that we can provide instructions and the correct return address.

For eligible non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders, we will assess the issue and cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

For eligible returns, you will receive your refund through your original payment method within a maximum of 15 business days from the date we receive your returned item.

This total timeframe includes inspection, approval, issuing the refund, and processing by your bank or payment provider until the funds are credited to your account.

The 15-business-day period starts when we receive your return, not when we approve your refund. Bank or payment-provider processing is included in this period.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

If you have not received your refund within this period, please contact support@kuxkn.com with your order number and return tracking information.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for the complete conditions and procedure.

9. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions are subject to the eligibility requirements, dates, exclusions, and combination rules stated with the offer.

Any applicable discount should be shown before you complete checkout. If an advertised discount does not appear as expected, contact us before placing the order.

Changes to a promotion will not remove a discount already applied to a confirmed order, except where an error or suspected fraud requires us to contact you and resolve the issue.

10. Independent Retailer and Intellectual Property

KUXKN operates as an independent retailer. Unless expressly stated and supported by an actual relationship, we do not claim to be an official brand store, manufacturer, or authorized or endorsed partner of a third-party brand.

Third-party product names, trademarks, logos, and other brand identifiers belong to their respective owners. Their use identifies the products offered and does not, by itself, imply sponsorship or affiliation.

Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive credentials by email.
